at his best he is better then cordner and end of last year the Chooks would not have released him but this year it’s a little different
I’d be doing everything ti keep Wong

Hard working, fearless and plays mature just like Boyd was at the similar age.
Cleaned up at the Mutts end of year awards.
Sadly, the one that got away..........

Angus is a good player when he’s on, but at his best he’s not even close to Cordner; not even in the same postcode.

More saying I reckon Gus had a higher ceiling then cordner athletically and looked more promising around 21 or 22 but hasn’t got any better since and gone backwards! End of last season his form was close to it and has showed glimpses but not long enough during a season to warrant keeping him for $750k and loosing potential superstars
we need to lock up Wong and also Whyte and may so happy for Gus to go, end of last season his form may have been different

Saying he was ever better than Cordner is like saying Julia Gillard is hotter than Lara Pitt.1985: 1 try vs Parramatta, 1 try vs Manly, 1 try vs Wests, 2 tries vs Souffs
1986: 2 tries vs Illawarra, 1 try vs Balmain, 2 tries vs Norths.
