Another stinker here today. But I’ve spent most of the day in the kitchen making desserts and prepping salads for a family get together tomorrow. Can’t wait for another 39 degrees tomorrow or our next power bill.

That really annoys me when something is well sign posted about what to put in and not what to put into different bins and you still get people putting it into the wrong bins. Mind you most recycle bins now get raided by people looking to clear them out to get the cash and returns.Originally posted by Bates View Post
I was at the Kangaroo Valley Folk Festival back in 2019 and they had bin rangers. One of them should've been a highway patrol officer. He'd hide waiting for someone to put their rubbish in the wrong coloured bin. No fines just a dressing down. It was quite entertaining to watch. I was also surprised he wasn't clocked.

The fire that's burning inland from Narooma and Tilba is a worry as it hasn't been controlled yet. The strong NW wind is fanning it towards the coast.Comment

When the 2nd fire came through from the NW back in 2020 it was 50 degrees.
How no one lost their home in Bendalong was a miracle.Comment
