    • Just joking.
      I mixed salt & cracked pepper plus mixed herbs & a little bit of chilly flakes to some 5 star mince for a cheese burger.
      Pan fried the patti medium well then topped the patti with a slice of cheese to lightly melt & at the same time lightly toasting the bun, once toasted lightly butter it & then add some seeded mustard to the to the lid of the bun
      Light squirt of tomato sauce on top of the melted cheese which is on top of the medium to well cooked pan fried patti & once the onions are slightly browned add to the toasted bun.

      It was nice man.
      I have had 6 beers & only 1 spliff..

        I've been smashing the Suntory -196 Double Lemon. Vodka, Shochu, Soda with natural Lemon and 6% ALC.

        • Mussels done in a chilli and tomato sauce, have bought some nice sourdough to have with it.

          Yesterday had a really nice prawn and tomato risotto at the General Gordon hotel.

                • Just having some cauliflower and tahini dip and chicken tagen with olive and feta crackers and caper berries . The two dips were bought this morning at the Kings Cross markets, both are sublime.

                      the vongole from Costco are great value when they have them, I do them in just a white wine sauce

                          Mussels are one of my favourites, up near the top of the list.

                          Going to do pippis in a white wine sauce soon, Woolies sometimes stock pippis from South Australia but i will buy them from one of my local seafood outlets which usually have them at a reasonable price.

                          • Lamb meat balls with risoni tonight.

                            Going to treat myself tomorrow and head to my favourite seafood venue, Life Boat on the Hawkesbury River, will be nice to get out of the city even it is only for a few hours.

                              • Pizzas tonight, using some of the left over lamb meatballs from the risoni dish from the other night, rest of the left over meatballs and risoni frozen for another day. First pizza has lamb meatball. zucchini ans roasted red capsicum. Second will most likely be ham and pineapple with fresh tomato.
