Funny how times have changed...i remember in 2013 or so players in the Sharks team taking some unknown drugs from Stephen Dank and 99% of this place were highly critical.

Now these same peeps are so willing to take a drug they know nothing about....like do u know the ingredients or just trust some clueless pollies on the fear box.

What I truly don't understand about people getting angry about the vaccination is that it's not compulsory and my guess it never will be in Oz.Its a choice between your right to protect yourself band your family, and I guess the world at large if that's what you believe It's simple if you don't want it don't take it but that doesn't give you the right to march and carry on in the street , perhaps spreading the virus a prolonging the lockdown .It doesn't matter what you or I believe .The simple fact is until we either get rid of the virus , which won't happen or get a huge percentage of the world's population vaccinated or herd immunity then the world and not just Oz won't return to so sort of normality

Surely u must know all those covid death numbers are massively exaggerated too......basically 85% deaths in nursing homes...u know that place peeps go and usually die there unfortunately.

Courts in Portugal have ruled that their 17,000 covid death count was actually only 152 deaths.

LIke i said before, i'm not anti-vax...i'll anti-experimental drug. No ****ing way could this be tested for safety in less than a yr....usually takes 10 to 20 yrs to test safely.

Didn't take long for other countries such as the USA etc. Or don't they care about the safety of those peeps.

No i don't do drugs so that point is void.

Like i said, i know someone who has passed on after taking the vax....and there are thousands of horror stories regarding after effects of the vax. Be wise and do some research.

Current numbers of covid deaths is 922 australia wide. Was like 909 way back in Oct 2020.

Yet pollies like Dandrews says this delta is the deadliest ever...even though zero deaths in Vic this yr.

Some perspective, 169, 300 people died in Australia in 2019....

Covid deaths this yr is only 13....

And this is a pandemic? lol

A panaadol doesn't change your mRNA and immune cell structure. Nor will it kill u by taking one...and yes panadol ingredients are listed.

The research they have undertaken over many years for other viruses such as influenza and the previous work on related coronaviruses like SARS have helped speed the process in the development of the current vaccines. It's not like they had to start from scratch and undertake years and years of research and clinical trails as that has already been undertaken to perfect the use of mRNA.

Covid mRNA vaccines use the human body’s natural immune response to its advantage. The vax contains the recipe for making the molecule known as the spike protein, which the covid virus uses to bind to cells.

Once the cell receives these instructions, it creates the protein and displays it on its surface. The immune system then spots the unknown protein and makes antibodies to fight it.

Vaccines generally work by introducing a piece of a virus or bacteria into your body so you can develop long-lasting immunity to the pathogen. While the piece introduced by the vaccine rapidly fades away, your body's immune system remembers what it saw. Why do they use spike proteins?

For COVID-19 vaccines, all of the approved vaccines so far used the spike protein. The spike protein is located on the outside of a coronavirus and is how SARS-CoV-2 (the coronavirus) enters human cells. Its location on the outside of the virus makes it so the immune system can recognize it easily.

The spike protein is unique to SARS-CoV-2 – it doesn't look like other proteins your body makes. So antibodies created against the spike protein won't harm your body, they will only target coronavirus.

Can the COVID-19 vaccines change your DNA?

No. COVID-19 vaccines cannot change your DNA.

DNA is stored in the nucleus of your cells. mRNA vaccines do their work outside of the nucleus (in a space called the cytoplasm) and have not been observed to interact with the nucleus. The cell breaks down and gets rid of the mRNA soon after it's finished using the instructions.
