Should've taken more notice of Pauline?
    You betcha!

Instead she was verbally abused, physically assaulted with urine, tomatoes, etc...prevented from speaking, and tossed in prison.
And basically, was tarred and feathered and run out of town as a racist.
Now look at the mess we're in.

To her eternal credit she never gave up.
Now that's the kind of person you need in the trenches with you when it's all on the line.

If I were the LNP I certainly wouldn't be putting her last on my how to vote card.

Also basically tarred and feathered and run out of town as a racist was Enoch Powell in Britain.
..partly because of his "Rivers of Blood" speech long ago.
London was running with blood in 2005 as terrorists blew it up...and still today as people, including Aussie girls, are being hacked to death on London Bridge.

EDL in Britain also tried to do something, wake the People from their slumber...but they too got the tar and feathers treatment.
There are so many people on the terror watch list in Britain today that it's impossible to watch them all.

True...and PM Abbott too... but I think the haters played the good old racist card.

I stopped going out there years ago. My Dragons neighbour won't go there either for that reason.

Wagga Wagga City Council cuts China sister city ties over communism, coronavirus concerns

The largest inland city in NSW has voted to sever its China sister city relationship in a move slammed as "racist dog whistling" by a fellow politician.
Wagga Wagga City Council last night narrowly voted to cut ties with its sister city Kunming, a relationship which began in 1988.The councillor behind the push, Paul Funnell, said the "Chinese Communist Government that delights in lies, subterfuge and coverups" has brought "death and destruction across the world with COVID-19".

    Well there you go.
Probably will be "corrected" though …"so as not to offend China". Usually what happens.
