Certainly looks that way. The younguns' wins have been more impressive to my mind.

The last month the first 20 minutes is where we have let teams run over us and we've had to play catch up. The Knights, Tigers, Dragons and Sharks. We've actually done a pretty good job for the last 60 minutes but the first 20 minutes screws us for the rest of the game.
We need to start with more intensity and mongrel.
That's on the coach not being able to get the players mentally up for the match.

You cannot be serious that we were good the last twenty minutes against Cronulla apart from a relieving penalty Im not sure we completed a set of six in the final twenty It was the most vile and putrid footy I’ve seen from us in a king long time
I respect all our moderators here. Past present and even future. Always have done and always will do a wonderful job.

NAS is facing a 2 game ban so we won't have to worry about his grubby tactics this coming round.

Hate to think what the Storm will do to us after losing to bloody Manly.

We are conceding 24 points a game. And I bet that average is higher on our billion dollar home turf.

i didn't watch the game but maybe manly showed up something in the storm that we can use to beat them. manly winning is a double edged sword - it will mean they'll have something to play for when they v the dolphins.

If. NAS is suspended for 2 games that definitely works in the Roosters favour for this Thursday night.
Now it’s up to the Roosters to decide if they want to play in the semifinals.
I am looking forward to a switched on Roosters team at Allianz this week.

That was a typical thug act by Solomona. It should have been a send off and he is very lucky if he only gets two weeks.

Sharks are sitting in 8th position and play

                      Souffs
                      Cowboys
                      Dragons
                      Titans
                      Knights
                      Bulldogs

Do they run the draw? Every season they get a soft freaking draw. FFS!

We complain about the refs (well I do anyway) but the reality is when you lose momentum, the calls tend to go with the team that has forward momentum. We were stuck in neutral and occasionally slipped into reverse.

Whyte, Toops and Teddy were great but the others all suffered ADHD. The side does not looked balanced to me.

Collins and Lenui were poor. Bring in Makatoa or Loslau or both. Watson is not a 9 but a 14 (probably the best 14 in the world) Ieolu and ZDC are better hookers. Foketi at lock. He seems to prefer the left hand side but that is Angus domain. As for Chad, he should play halfback for NSW Cup in a Cronulla jumper.

I thought Robbo was one of the smartest coaches out there but jeez there have been a few really dumb decisions of late.

If we lose, we lose and I can live with that but that effort, or lack thereof, against the Sharks and the Tigers is soul destroying.
Obviously you cant bring in 2 front rowers in Makatoa or Losalu and not drop 2 from the 17. You suggesting Collins and Spencer be dropped? That would be one hell of a big call!

In all seriousness you can’t give up 4 points to the Titans nor Tigers. On their collective seasons that’s unacceptable. Also both were at home. Makes it even worse. Add back the losses in the last 20 minutes and there is a top 4 finish.

No one played well at Cronulla, you can't say it was just the Origin guys.
Cronulla came out with a point to prove and our forwards went missing.
Is that going to happen again this week? Definitely Not.
We need to beat Melbourne and we can beat Melbourne.

I was expecting a switched on Roosters team last Friday night against the Sharks with everything to play for, sadly they were nowhere to be found..

I appreciate your enthusiasm but I’m not too confident against a switched on Storm team who seem to turn up to games a lot more than we do,with a comparable team on paper..

You can bet your bottom dollar the Storm will be ready come Thursday night after losing on old boys night, hope we can do the same.

That would be a big call but I meant one of them, probably Spencer who has not really performed. I think they need to know that they need to earn the jumper. Both are good players but they are making no impact.
