  • Sat around the fire pit having drinks and nibblies then cooked up some lovely pork on the hot coals. Served with a fresh rocket salad.

    • Prosciutto-wrapped prawns are the main event tonight. Also served up on a lovely Roosters platter, olives, artichokes, caper berries, a nice crumbly cheddar cheese, avocado, duck liver pate, pickled onions and taramasalata

      • Herb and garlic marinated boneless chicken with baked potatoes, sweet potato, carrot and peas.

        • Beef schnitzel, oven baked fries and steamed broccoli.

          • Smoked Snapper pasta with asparagus through it and a shit load of parmesan cheese.

            Baked snapper wings for entree.

                    • Sliced the ham into some sort of steak form to freeze . The smaller bit of ham i have diced up and going to make a creamy tomato sauce with fresh basil.

                              I've been watching this amazing chef called Francis Mallmann who loves to cook with fire. Lo and behold he cooks potatoes on the hot plate and they look amazing!
