Kerry Chant said they have never recorded an outdoor transmission not that you can't catch covid outdoors. The two statements are VERY different.

Theres a few factors to consider in that, there's no QR codes outside to scan, there's no CCTV footage to confirm if someone walked past you so tracing an incident is much harder than it is when it's confined to an indoor venue.

Hell Donald Trump caught it at an outdoor event at the Whitehouse along with 20 other people who attended and even he one of the biggest sceptics couldn't deny it.

There's evidence of people catching it outdoors but the chances are severely reduced, but to say you flat out can't catch it outside is just dishonest.
