We need a "break-out" season from either BJ, Moga, Tagive or Henry for this backline to fire.

Who is most likely in 2012?

Bj is due for a big one i reckon.

If he gets rid of that baby fat over the off season and plays centre next year, i think he can kick on.

I can see Smith leaving BJ on the wing to start the year such is his opinion of Moga. I personally think BJ would be our best option at left side second rower with a pre-season knowing that's where he'll be playing so he could gain another 5 kgs or so. His footwork and offloading make him a much better set-up player than a finisher, and he is one of the best hole runners in the team. We have two of the best emerging natural left side second rowers in the country in BJ and Cordner and neither of them will probably start the year there next season.

imo a lot of the good and the bad in our backline starts with SKD. The amount of errors (esp after linebreaks where we're in prime attacking position) he produces is pretty damn worrying

He does have a loose carry, it crept into his game again in 2011 after his improved 2010. unfortunatley Skd is a confidence player, hopefully our preseason and knowing we have players who can be relied on, will settle the team. this seemed apparent towards the end of season

Taguive was good for the dragons in 2011, although WB did use him as little as possible when he signed with us, his game time only came when covering for an injured player. As for the rest, anyone of those players could be your man! or one or more of our ball playing backrowers.

I hope nobody takes Tagive's last game for the Scum as an indication of his talents, he was deliberately given dud passes by Morris because of his signing with us.

Forward pack one of the best in the comp
Backline one of the worst in the comp but you never know with players like BJ and SKD

                      Taguive. played,5. tries,3 pts, 12. tackles,38. arm, 576. Hu, 72.

                      linnet. played,10. tries,2 pts,8. tackles,132. arm,921. Hu,94.

                      Graham. played,11. tries,3 pts,12. tackles,42. arm,1000. Hu,104.

                      Taguive is an adequate replacement.

Anyone seen Adam Henry in the clear? I'd have him on the wing ahead of Tagive is he is even remotely fast. If there is a player than anyone could liken him to speed wise that would help.

If some of these kids that we've got can step up before the end of the season we may well finish the year with one of the fastest backlines.

                        1. Tuivasa-Sheck (people in the know seem to think he is already ready for grade, I'd have him in 20s most of the year and be praying for an early, yet respectful retirement for Mini)
                        2. Henry or Tagive take your pick
                        3. Moga
                        4. SKD
                        5. Perrett

                        11. Leilua (where he would shine)

Also can't wait til Henare Wells comes on in a couple of years, provided he is still with us. That kid would be one of the fastest in the comp.

Alot of people seem to think that mini will retire after this year, but i remember an article i read a while back with him saying he thinks he has a few more years left in him.

                          I'm hoping management see otherwise.

If he stays after this year then his future is on the wing. Fullback is a far too critical position to have a waning player as your main man.

I pose this slightly elliptical question.

Would Luke Burt still be on the wing at Parramatta if he wasn't first choice goal kicker?

I'd have him on the wing next year..Your fullback needs to be your fastest player over 20 yards nowdays..
