Nah I lost contact with him after he resigned but I know that Neil Whittaker is chairman of Shakespeares Pies, which is owned by his Hunter Bay Partners company that was involved in establishing Krispy Kreme Doughnuts in Australia.

i'm not sure they can. a few years ago one of us got a joke of a citing, when lots worse went unpunished and we weren't allowed to bring up the other incidents. I think it was the Sam Moa touching the ref incident

You can only bring up incidents that got charged. So we can only use past cases as jistification for a downgrade or dismisal. We can't use hits that weren't charged.

The disaapointing thing here is we will most definitely get a downgrade but he will still cop a week or 2 which will be viewed as a win but in reality he shouldn't even have to face the judicary.

I really hope we push for a full dismissal and not just a downgrade. Unless there is an angle I haven't seen on my 4K TV there isn't evidence to penalise him let alone suspend him.
