How many super league coaches at 35 have been signed to an NRL club let alone a high-profile club.

But you're missing the point, I'm saying that just because there are no high-profile coaching options available shouldn't mean he is un-sackable

The 2013 and 2014 premiership winning coaches are 2 examples. Sam Burgess will be another one.

Who can honestly say that they like the guru's style of coaching where he seems to sacrifice every 1st part of a season up until origin. Then he hits the go button, however the first 10 weeks of the premiership is generally a wipe out for Roosters fans. Where we go win loss win loss. The fact that we get crucial injuries and suspensions only adds to our woes. It's getting to the stage that Easts fans will start watching their premiership campaign when origin is over. Some people may be happy but to know that Robinson's end goal is for a 6th or 7th finish, well some people may be happy with that but for most of us, a premiership is all that matters. Things have to change.

Ray makes a good point about how painful it is watching most of our games nowadays, especially the first half of the season.

One thing I noticed in yesterday’s game that sums up what we’ve become under the guru is this. The storm did a play where they did a short inside pass to their flying fullback who made a long break downfield as a result. It reminded me of Cronk at the storm doing a short pass inside to a flying Slater. Luckily last night their fullback couldn’t finish the play off because he eventually threw a terrible ball over the head of his support player which resulted in a turnover. Our team - we did a similar play where there was a shirt inside pass but instead of it being to a flying fullback, it was to a forward (Radley who did well because he nearly broke through the line).

we have no backline plays except for running across field and then running into each other.

truly pathetic watching most of the time.

The same thing happened at the Warriors, when Andrew Webster took over I thought the journalist from the SMH was having a go at coaching. Last year many people had the Warriors running last, but he had them running like Sam Moa did in 2013. He has them all playing above their best and he has Johnson playing like a 25-year-old.

IMO if Robinson isn't under pressure soon then maybe we need a new chairman too, Nick has never accepted mediocrity before, why is he now?
Well there you go......someone here had to say it ....."SACK THE COACH AND SACK THE CHAIRMAN" LOL

and lets replace them with whoever is going good this week. Cant be Andrew Webster now- it will have to be Shane Flanagan!

Really the Warriors 3 wins this year have been against the Raiders at home, Knights at home and the hapless Rabbits away. Lots of "experts" had them winning the comp on that.

Maybe the Penrith assistant coach- although it didn't out too good for Garth Brennan or Trent Barrett. Cam Ciraldo?

Now for the chairman. This one is a bit more difficult. Who were you thinking?

I don’t really have a concrete opinion on our attack this season yet, there’s been too much variation int he 1/6/7 combos to get a true read on what we are actually trying to achieve in our attack.

I do think our attack has improved though, our combinations look better, our early plays seem to revolve around turning the ruck over with Brandon Smith & Radley being central to that, we’re using our second rowers on more unders lines this year (turning them back under to go back at the ruck more often) and when we do spread we seem to be looking more for an even 6-6 defensive split that we can exploit due to bad numbering from the opposition or backing our speed of play to strip them for numbers.

Last night felt like we were really true to the game plan for the first half and then got frustrated in the second half and started to look too much to the edges to try and break the Storm apart.

To be fair getting rid of Trent Robinson isn’t up to you either yet don’t seem to have a problem giving that opinion.

Who would you replace him with?

There's your answer!!! Come back after Origin 3. Otherwise you will have no option but to support Penrith- be realistic, they are the only club that can deliver what you want

So I'm the only Roosters fan that wants premierships?

Just think, we could have swapped our last 10 years for ad lib footy if Bennett was our coach

No plenty of others also think that sacking the coach and replacing him with "whoever" will bring us premierships. Brad Arthur could be looking for a first grade job soon....maybe a straight swap, what you think?

Would you prefer our strategic ineffective attack or something more like the Dolphins bloke ?
