hes realised that anasta is choking his game so he has taken back control to kick start the team around him! when we get a real 5/8 next season it may well be poetry in motion?

"Poetry in Motion" thinks Pearce is a Hooker.

I was starting to think Pearce was maybe better suited to No9 but I can see now that he is definately a 1/2 back & a bloody good one. So far this year he has played like a 1/2 back & is slowly learning to make better decisions on the 5th tackle especially over the last 2 games.

I cannot see Pearce leaving the Roosters, I have said it before that I think the captaincy would improve Pearce even more.
The Roosters have to resign him, he will become one of the best when he fully matures around 27, thats when we will see Pearce at his best.

Can anyone tell me how many repeat sets (the ability to make which is a mark of good/great half) that have been made by Pearce over the last 5 years.

            I've seen two this year.

                Their hasn't been many John.

That is the part of Pearces game I have been harping on about for ages that he doesn't have the vision & continually never gets repeats sets for the team but over the last 3 games he has started to show some class. it takes along time to master it.

Coinciding with Captain's Not Courageous being even less involved, ne's-ce pas?

I read somewhere that Pearce is off contract at the end of the season. Is this correct?

Behind a dominating pack and with quick dummy half service, Pearce would be a very very good player.
