The only interesting thing about the polling place around the corner from where i live today apart from the yummy democracy sausage and the haloumi and egg rolls was the amount of dog fights, just about every dog in the neighbour hood were out with their owners and the majority of them were not behaving.

It's been a "ruff" 3 years for everyone, even the Dogs know.

      • I mailed in my vote, as ive been in Perth for the last 2 weeks.

One thing I noticed here is they don't have anywhere near as many political posters in people's front yards – nor telegraph poles – nor the streets. It's like the council says you can advertise on this road within this distance only – nowhere else.

People here aren't that interested in politics either. Last night i was out with family and friends and the conversations centred around the West Coast Eagles big chance of finally winning a game this weekend- and how the Dockers were getting pumped.

I couldn’t take my fur boy to a voting booth for that reason. He loves people but is very antisocial when it comes to his own kind. He’s very embarrassing with the constant yapping and barking. Even as a pup when I took him to puppy school training he was the naughtiest dog in the class. The tiniest but noisiest! Off to vote now and grab a sausage sandwich while we’re there.

Despite all the rage many of us on this forum share three things. We love the Roosters, our dogs and generally agree Jism is a fool.

Thanx Jack...we are on the same page with this one.

Can't believe peeps are even considering voting for albo & Souffs...he's weak woke & sending us broke.

So called "democracy sausage" will turn to "commie crunchy bug sandwiches" next voting day if albo & the greens get into power.

He missed you MR, people understand. Your boy is uneasy about males? He's wise, a large group of male friends is asking for trouble, they can steal your money, your wife, girlfriend. They'll give you up on all manner of things and borrow money. I speak from experience, most men are not to be trusted.

                            • Oops! I see now that you were talking about the dog only and your son didn't figure. On first reading I imagined your son having a full mullett. Senility approaches like a distant roll of thunder at a picnic.
