Can't see the Bulldogs losing to Hawthorn today but Richmond beating St Kilda is a real possibility especially the way St Kilda have been fading in the second half recently and also although Port Adelaide have gone off the boil they could still beat GWS, anything is possible from 6th -13th spot and even if the Swans miss out at least it has made an exciting end to the season.

Petsonally I’d rate both Harry Kewells and Matthew Leckies goals that took us to the final 16 of the World Cup above Jimmy Mackay goalI respect all our moderators here. Past present and even future. Always have done and always will do a wonderful job.

Oh there was a hat trick MR. Roosters, Matildas and Swans. It is a marathon yesterday going to the Swans, then across to the Roosters afterwards and watching the Matildas in the members bar.

Ooh, excellent. I do like the Swans. I’m supposed to support Richmond because of hubby but I actually supported Hawthorn as a kid / teen and always had a big soft spot for the Swans too. It sounds like you had a brilliant day of sport yesterday. It also looks like we’re all in agreement here that the Tigers need to win today - to have a happy household here and to help the Swans!

Now on last nights game I think the one thing that hadn’t been mentioned was for a 0-0 match it was very exciting The game had real momentum shifts and ebbs and flows where both sides were completely dominant and the other side hanging on for dear life.
It would also be remiss of me not too mention some of the very good looking fit women out on the field with in no particular order Hayley Raso Mary Fowler Selma Bacha and Sakina Karchaoui my personal favourites

i've been googling the match and watching crowd reactions. great to see a lot of happy aussies around the place. making the semis means that the campaign has been a success but a nagging voice is saying that this is our best chance to win a soccer world cup, probably ever, and we need to make the most of it. but that's not the way for the girls to think and i trust they'll be thinking one game at a time
