I have mentioned it before, but I would play Gus at 13 and Maubs on right-edge. He can ball play, has good speed and could do exactly what Rads does.

Personally I'd love to see Butch given the opportunity to take his game to the next level and be given 1st crack at 13 with Rads out.

Although the logical choice is one of the senior, already established players... we have all witnessed how well it pays off when the coaching staff entrust a younger lesser experience played to take that next step.

Nat Butcher has already stepped up big time. He will have no problem stepping into the 13 jumper.

Hey Mickie, please correct me if I am wrong but didn't Angus play 13 last year and it really turned his game around. Don't get me wrong I am looking forward to watching Butcher and think he has great potential.

Robbo knows best and he has Butch at 13, good luck to him.

You only have to look at Nat's defence in the second half of last years GF to realize what a serious tool he is in our arsenal. Radley is a loss because every good team needs a player who can get under the oppositions skin but I would trust in Nat to make the loss less painful. The 'Bondi Wall' will serve us well when the comp gets serious.

Surprised Angus isn’t getting a mention amongst the players who did well last night. Probably his best game for us. 48 tackles. Menacing on the edge.

If I’m coach he keeps the starting spot for sure.

NAT BUTCHER is our man ! I cried when Rads went down then a really deep empty feeling followed but as the mind startted coming back to norm i realised that we have Nat ! Not Rads style lock player but a murry type of lock , strong footy player that can offload at will ready for teddy to step into 2nd faze plays! No worries " and guys i am happy to say my mind is ok now" !!
