Surprised Angus isn’t getting a mention amongst the players who did well last night. Probably his best game for us. 48 tackles. Menacing on the edge.

If I’m coach he keeps the starting spot for sure.

He’s an animal, and was hitting hard in defence.

How can any side enjoy coming up against Radley, Chricton and Cordner?

Gus is a beast and must remain on the right edge.

He was tremendous at the back half of 2019 but it now feels like he's ready to own that right edge position, having been fully delouced from his Souffs days.

Robbo has him playing a far more direct brand of footy. Gone are the half dozen crab runs that he'd make for the Scabs and instead he's playing a much more direct, hard running role.

Between Cords, Gus and Aubo we have 3 of the best hole running backrowers in the game. Surely no coincidence with the coaching.

        Great game!

There is much improvement in us but it was a very solid hit out accross the park. Especially in the first game back after 70odd days.

          Angus was very solid.

He was so good. Tough yet so skilful. Robbo has taught him how to be an all round player. Don’t think you can keep him out of the 13..

Tbh I like the idea of Aubo back on bench as kinda a super sub, he is and has been our Mr. FIXIT for a long time so being injected into each game where ever he's required may lengthen the time left in his legs.

I love Aubo, both Mitch and James.. but Gus is our future, time to transition him into an 80 min player.

After he got dropped from the State or Origin team he really hit form for the second half of the 2019 season- when it actually counted. He really concentrated on his defence and it all started falling into place.

Lucky for him Josh Morris arrived.....don't think he would have liked it out in the centres

He had one or two poor games but the rest of his games for us have been good in their part of the plan.
TR has taken a flashy 40-60 min player and is creating an 80 work horse. He has been a work in progress and he is almost there

                      Who makes way for Maubs?
SST will come in for Sitili.
Verrills is a must on the bench. Collins had his best game for us. Butcher gets better every game he plays.

I don’t see how we can have Aubbo and Verrills on there.

With the rise of Collins, plus Rads and Aubo's versatility, I don't think Verrills is in our strongest 17.

But how often is everyone available? Has happened a handful of times the past two years so Sam will still get loads of games.

yep fortunately for us and unfortunately for Sam , Jake is still an awesome Hooker as he showed last night . Sam will get game time and may just have to wait his turn . Hope he stays patient
