I feel sick seeing that c**t in our proud colours.

I don't give a **** what he does on the field, i'll never be able to cheer for him.

I'd rather Martin Luther Kennedy on acid

I'm all for him being at our club, after all look what we have done to Fergo and what a ride that has been for him and our club. This guy will be an impact like a SST or Lui from off the bench, he has good foot work as well just unaware of how he is for speed though.

        > On 2 November 2014, Tetevano had his contract with the Sea Eagles terminated after he admitted in court to bashing his girlfriend on four occasions.

        Yeah sounds really tough...

Everyone makes mistakes and everyone is entitled to another chance. He has paid for his mistake so I'm willing to give him a chance to prove himself. Afterall, we have players like GI, Bird and Fergo who have all committed similar offenses in the past but have be given opportunities to redeem themselves.

True TDK...as unpalatable as the thought is the law has already spoken and these individuals are still entitled to live their lives.

To me, making a mistake and bashing a woman are two different things. **** this guy. We don't need this kind of scum. I hope he does a double ACL and retires in a wheelchair. **** him.

He may well be a good player, in fact he is a very good player.

The First time he bashed her senseless may have been a mistake, however i doubt that, the 2nd 3rd and 4th times he admitted too were not mistakes.

I guess this brings up a point... do crimes define you? I mean, I bet you've got at least one mate who has been done DUI. You accept that, but you don't accept a guy who pinched a girl's bum at a nightclub.

I don't personally 'rank' crimes because a crime is a crime. As such I get a little confused why people can stomach a DUI offence (that coulda recklessly killed multiple people) but not a DV offence (which as a DV victim myself, I know goes so much deeper than the physical wounds).

My ex is a bear basher and honestly... my hope all along is that she's been able to get help for her mental issues, take them on, treat them and contribute to society in a meaningful way so that she can be a good mother. She hasn't - which is really disturbing. I don't wanna see anybody's life wasted.

This guy? For society's sake I hope he's learned his lesson and his footy can help him move forward as a useful member of society. I hear people hoping he gets injured, his career fails and he becomes a loser. Why? Then he'll probably just be on the streets causing trouble.

My painter the other week admitted he'd been done DUI as a kid. Now he owns a successful painting business, is married and is a softly spoken, articulate bloke. Does he deserve to have had some freak work accident that's ended his painting career? I'm happy he's learned a trade and moved on. Doesn't mean I support his crime, but he's put that behind him now.

You don't rank crimes? Didn't you say you were a lawyer in another thread. I thought proportionality was what underpinned sentencing in Australia. Crimes and punishments can certainly be ranked and DV deserves to be towards the top. He deserves another go in life. But professional sport is big business and image is everything. 4 convictions for domestic violence.. One more in roosters colours would really damage the brand.

This son of a bitch attacked his former girlfriend on at least 4 different occasions. I believe in forgiving people and giving chances but the way I see it if you have that kind of evilness in you it isn't going away. The bloke is scum of the worst kind. I'm truly embarrassed that our club would sign him. Oh and please, lets not mention Fergo or Friend in the same breath. Their indiscretions were relatively minor. They were mostly guilty of being dumb. As I said before I honestly hope this guy has a career ending injury during the trials.

Coward punches, terrorists, kiddie fiddlers, and people who intentionally murder or beat a defenceless victim, don't deserve 2nd chances.

I would have no problem with a slow torturous death to them.

You should try working in a Correctional Centre and watch the Churchies come in just to visit pedophiles and kiss /hug them etc
I agree 100% with your post!
