We'd target Luderick down at Rosebay. The Woollahra Golf Course drain would look like a mountain river rapid.
Lurline Bay was another great fishing spot during heavy rain periods. I once spotted a dead cat being flushed out of the storm water pipe at North Bondi. I pretty much duck dived a wave, came up and there was this poor dead cat that was caught out in the drains during a storm.

The harbour was the most amazing place to fish back in the 80 s, so many great and memorable and unexpected catches back then, i was amazed of the quality of fishing and catches back then.Originally posted by Bates View Post
