I made something delicious today in a little microwave proof french pot I bought for $3 from Spotlight. It's bright shiny red to match my red, white and blue kitchen. I put 2 eggs in the bottom, then a layer of mushrooms, fetta, baby spinach, a baby roma tomato, some olives, cracked black pepper and a slice of tasty cheese. I served it in the pot with some free fancy sourdough the local deli gave me to celebrate the minor premiership with as they are Roosters fans too.

That sounds yummy and puts my poached eggs and baked beans I had for breakfast to shame. Just going to head out for yum cha somewhere now and get some stuff for a baked dinner tonight, feel like a night in.Originally posted by redwhiteblue View PostI made something delicious today in a little microwave proof french pot I bought for $3 from Spotlight. Mate I was actually at the Plumpton Inn last month. That's the one on Rooty Hill Road North right? Not bad. Rooty Hill RSL offers a reasonable feed these days as well.Originally posted by turk-283 View PostWent down to the plumpton inn
