Snapper from Coffs Harbour wrapped in foil with lemon done on the BBQ with sliced potatoes on the BBQ with a nice green salad , yummmm.

Gave the crayfish a miss as we had one on the beach for lunch plus the missus was defrosting some chicken for a curry.

I have this on my list but keep forgetting. Actually the hot weather hasn’t helped either. I tried to add a Julie Goodwin curried chop recipe to that thread a while ago but it wouldn’t let me and I haven’t had a chance to type it out yet It’s quite long so I’ve been putting it off. There was a chicken recipe you posted for me too which I still need to try as well.

I was trying to remember if it was the Chili Chicken Risotto or the casserole with the lovely legs and it was the casserole and its on page 27 in this thread.

So much fat came out of the lamb chops tonight, they are my least favourite cut of meat but cooked this way i quite enjoy them.

Thanks. I just went back to that page to find it. It’s definitely still on my list. I find lamb chops really fatty too even when you cut off as much fat as you can before cooking. Once we move into Autumn I’ll start trying all these recipes.

I’m making some pizzas tonight. Chicken, baby spinach, Camembert cheese, red onion, avocado and hollandaise. The other probably just a basic bbq chicken and bacon.
