I'm glad your curried sausages have become famous MR. They deserve their own website/or at least Facebook page. 'My Famous Curried Sausages' would be a hit.Originally posted by mightyrooster View PostMy ‘famous’ curried sausages last night. Tonight I was back late from a function so it was Aldi spanakopita.

The curried sausages at home here rate very highly but it's the lamb meatballs with risoni are the winner in our household.Originally posted by Jacks Fur Coat View Post

Just had a beautiful grilled squid from the Greek fish shop in Marrickville, just simply marinated in lemon juice, olive oil and garlic with a very nice salad, i skipped the chips but did order two potato scallops.
Tonight for dinner its either going to a pork chipolata pasta or there is some lamb that was left over from stuffed zucchinis that has been in the freezer for a long while so might do something with that.

Mystery lamb was a left over lamb shank sauce, just wasn't labeled as shank sauce so going to do the chipolatas in the sauce with zucchini. Do have another shank sauce in the freezer but it's labeled correctly and it looks different to what i pulled out of the freezer that had been there for ages.

I think it may have been RT who first mentioned them here and then you and a few others agreed they were good so I went and bought one. They come in handy on a night when you’re short on time or couldn’t be bothered cooking.Originally posted by horrie hastings View Post
Those Aldi spanakopita are pretty decent, usually have one in the freezer.

Lol..they’re only famous here on the pen because Bates is obsessed with bringing them up in conversation with me. Though the family does like them.Originally posted by Jacks Fur Coat View Post
