Gus reckons there'll be multiple binnings, it's just Roosters v Rabbits.

Cool, so everytime we play them it'll be a farce like last year?!. Someone said earlier this week it'll be a quieter game as it's early round.

The last time we beat souffs was through hard running through the middle and showing class in the opposition half. Hopefully last year's finals game taught the players to stop losing their heads.

The roosters haven't really fully adjusted to how the game is played now post 2019 with 6 again's and I feel the team tries to play the same way we did before which isn't possible with the squad we have now. The team is most effective when Rads and the rest of the forwards run hard letting the likes of Keary, Teddy and Manu shine where it means most and I feel this should be the way the Roosters should play.

Keep play simple with hard running and quick play the balls and let the halves/Manu/Teddy do the rest.

Yes well said! We don't want that for either our club, Latrell or any other player. As an overseas observer I found the whole treatment of Goodes to be disgusting. Even now some people still speak negatively about Goodes. It is a sad aspect of Australian society.

He is coming to speak at my work place next week I think to be interviewed by our CEO. I know very little about the situation myself as I found it all very upsetting for both sides so chose not to read anything. I saw and copped enough growing up in one of only a small handful of migrant families in a small country town in Queensland back in the 1970's.

Back in the 90's we had Glen Ella come and speak to us at the bank at Bondi Junction too. He focused mostly on teamwork and how rewarding it is. Now I'm back at the same company and I say at least twice a week to my workmates, what we do is a team sport and everyone has to step up and play their part. Speaking of, better get to it.

It's quite funny being told what reaction you should give to a player of a different club.

How about they make it more comfortable for him if all Rooster fans were banned from the stadium tomorrow night so no boo's were heard.

He got booed by Penrith fans last week, it was heard on the coverage. He is a polarising figure amongst all fans mostly due to his own making.

in saying that, I think he's a great player & would love to have him back.

The media have to take part of the blame for revving up the 'hatred'. It's gotten out of hand since their numbnut owner took over.

As for Lattrell, maybe we should all just applaud or cheer every time he touches the ball or does anything half decent....that'd confuse him!

Lets not make it personal, you have my sympathy with your current battle.
It's the football section after all, so I was more defending our coach than attacking you.
I believe there is no coach out there more suited to our club than Robbo. He influences players to love our team and our history. He can't control injuries.

One could say it's more "childish" to demand change for the sake of change when there are no better options available.
