Stepped away for the NSWRL board, just locked his head coach in for the next 7 years.

I hope not but I always imagined this is how it would go should the day ever come. He would put in long term strategic plans as he started to reduce his role at the club.

Honestly one of the best signings in Roosters history. The love Robbo has for the game, the club and the players is evident in the praise he receives from everyone who works with him.

There is a salary cap on NRL coaches , support staff and Footy Club administration - It was around 5.7 mill a few years back
