Robbo's the greatest thing to ever happen to the club. Brilliant news.

The Robbo announcement just so happens to come at a time when a rival coach (Bellamy) announces that he may never get over his 2021 Prelim loss - " a winnable premiership".
Its also interesting to see the self - doubt that exists in the Storm fans - I went onto their website in 2019 (after we beat them in the Prelim) and also just before their 2020 GF against Penrith.
I can tell you that despite having a team that is near the top of the ladder every year, their fans have very little confidence that they are going to take out the title.
I reckon that situation will have become worse , not better, after last year's Prelim exit , with the side they had.
When it comes to discussions about great coaches, Robinson & Bellamy's names are 2 that are thrown into the hat.
I know which one I would rather have steering my side around in the playoffs.

Great news , Robbo has made the biggest impact at the roosters in my time of following in terms of culture and you can see he has a genuine desire to make us the premier club in the competition.

Nothing stopping him returning to France before the contract expires, as we all know contracts mean nothing in the NRL.

That million dollar a year contract would stop him, as would uprooting his kids from school here in Australia and sending them to school in France. Not that easy. There is no reason why someone mid career and at the top of his game would head over to France where only one job exists for a professional coach. I don't see him going there for at least another 15 years, if ever. A seat on the board awaits when his coaching is done and I could see him ending up as the Chairman.
