So many interesting parts to it, but the section about Robbo really stood out to me - where Rads harps on about how Robbo works and communicates with the players. Really insightful to see he allows the players to have heaps of freedom whilst having to maintain the Roosters principles. Suits Rads to a tee!

The more the better I say - gives out great content for fans during the off season and also it’s giving the player the option of being the source for rumours and what not. Completely nullifies the BS journos put out I think for sure that’s what happened recently with B smith.. the over reaction caused by it.

I wonder how much he'll be fined for swearing? This is just the way young guys talk - especially with their mates - but I expect the NRL will again declare that he has brought the game into disrepute.

It’s just the way people talk, there’s not enough holy water in the world to bless virgin ears after hearing 40+ year old tradies speak

Yeah that's what I was getting at. I'm all for these podcasts but I reckon our players should be careful about who they talk to as they're being used as the drawcard for private blogs.

This guy seemed a bit nervous and kept talking as if he was a mate (seemed a bit forced at times). Also, everything was 'full hectic'.

Again I like this stuff, particularly in a world full of crappy, agenda-driven reporting. But... I feel it's important to remember that these guys aren't within the 4 walls of the NRL, they're not sponsoring the sport and their only drawcard is the fact that they (randomly) seem to get access to celebrities. They're not owed anything...
