Misson's a vague (presumably mostly unqualified) 'leadership/high-performance expert' who did a 'Master of Leadership' (presumably one of those fluffy 6-12 month coursework thingies). He's been linked with a stack of high performing sports teams but to me it's unclear what skills he offers. Anybody know what kinda stuff he's gonna be doing with the boys?

Profile seems a bit wishy washy. Essentially [paraphrased] 'I have worked in and around teams that have won comps. I also went to uni to do a Master of Leadership... where I researched what makes a true leader' (see https://performancebydesign.co/au/our-team/).

Call me a w@nka or whatever but what does a 'master of leadership' do besides give pep talks?

The fittest blokes that I have ever seen would be Kosta Tszyu at his prime & Guy Leech when he was the number 1 Iron man.
In the League blokes like Slatter, Mini & Wingy have been the fittest at their prime. Luke Ricketson was a fit bloke in 2002, 2003, 2004. Not sure exactly what a High Performance person does but I do know that the best results come from within the individual.

On whether training can reduce the risk of ACL injuries:

Nick also said it in an interview when reviewing the season. Mostly in reference to the 6 ACL injuries in two seasons.

          ..it’ll be interesting to see
