  • Why can't they just buy a case of Cattleman's Larger and be all good with that?

I'd go a quiet beer & a round of golf with J-Moz over some farking immature, delusional, drug-fuelled BS any day of the week.

I'd do that too, then go home and hit up my Mighty Vaporizer for an extreme gaming session.

              No immature delusions needed.

If players break their contract by doing anything contrary to the law and bringing disrepute to the NRL brand then it will be dealt with.
If performing simulated lewd act with a dog cost Pearce 8 weeks and $75k then lets see how the NRL deal with this.
Panthers player failed a drug test after the 2020 GF. Cocaine.
Was given a one month backdated NRL suspension in late Dec 2020.
Free to make a return to the game on Jan 4 2021 when the club resumed training.
Player received a lesser suspension after he convinced Sports Integrity Australia the cocaine was for recreational use and not for performance enhancing purposes.
The athlete also must commit to undertaking a rehab program to qualify for the reduced suspension.

Coach Cleary, after consulting senior players, handed the player a 4 match ban for failing the standards expected of Panthers players.

                • contd:

Said Panthers player was sanctioned under the World Anti-Doping Code's new rules for 2021, which permit a one month suspension for athletes who can prove the drug was taken recreationally.

For dealers it also does not make any sense. You are talking about adding a foreign substance to plant material (flowers). It would ruin the taste and alter the effects but it would not make economic sense either.

In California for example, despite legal medicinal and recreational cannabis, there is still a large black market. Mexican cartels set up and grow in State Forests. This causes immense environmental problems. Also this cannabis is likely HEAVILY covered in chemicals such as pesticides. It is possible to cut your cannabis yourself. I have seen bogans add amphetamines to their cannabis and smoke it but that was something such people did deliberately. You could add anything more or less and smoke it if you want. Keith Richards smoked his father's ashes.

The best thing to cut your pot with is a pair of scissors, or if your a industrial strength toker you can't go past a nutri bullet...

Nowhere near as much as alcohol does

Do you think pot being illegal stops anyone who wants to do it from doing it?

Yep... it's easy to say it's harmless until you meet somebody who's now been scheduled into a mental health facility (for life) because it made them permanently lose mental capacity.

We've just about stamped out nicotine addiction. Why the flipping hell would we wanna bow down to the tobacco companies and allow them to profit from THC addiction? Make no mistake, tobacco companies own all the big weed facilities in US states that have legalised it.

I mean WTF. Why are people THAT stupid that they'd let big tobacco introduce THC addiction as a 'safer alternative'. Fark that. It'll take 30-50 years but when regular users all start getting schizophrenia/dementia from THC addiction. Then they'll all go crying that they 'didn't know', I'll be paying for their healthcare through my taxes and big tobacco will magically go into hiding when it comes to compensating people.

FWIW I know people who work for marketing in big tobacco. Can very much confirm that they invest billions into marketing THC as a safe drug (it's their new product because nicotine's no longer cool, and there's now a massive amount of scientific research providing exactly how it's linked with death & suffering). I'm not waiting 'till studies come out showing what we already know about THC (i.e. that THC addiction is massively over-represented in mental health facilities, it's got more tar than tobacco and it performs worse than placebos in pain relief studies).

Nicotine and asbestos were known to be dangerous for centuries, just like how we know that large percentages of people in mental health facilities are heavy THC users. Surely we've learned from past lessons? Human bodies are harmed by inhaling noxious gasses... whether this be smoke, chemical-filled vapour or dust particles. Lungs are built to inhale fresh air and there's enough shyte in the air without intentionally adding more shyte to it.
