If only we didn't make so many mistakes in games, including getting tackled over the sidelines, letting tries in past our wingers on the outside, kicking out on the full, and letting Johnston, Gagai, Latrell and Walker run riot thru our right side defence.

I feel a bit guilty though as when he diddled me out of change at his newsagency(John Tobin Chook player) that i didn't report him to the Police - could well have gone on the straight and narrow instead of a future life of crime - Sure the Police would say no worries sonny we will put our best men onto it after rhey clear up these murder/armed robbery/assault etc cases but you never know

Only one way to play this one......we play tough and inflict hurt and injury on our arch enemies. Got nothing to lose but much to gain considering we might just be playing them in a few weeks.

And another thing, Cody Walker is easily antagonised and not enough teams do it. Penrith did the other night and he took the bait and got him off his game with wayward passes and grubby antics followed.
His mate Latrell is of the same ilk.

We've cobbled together a squad for this week, albeit one short, to battle the arch enemy. Iceman's 200th, and between our recent record in milestone matches (Jazz's 250th not withstanding) & our makeshift team, this game scares the crap outta me. I still end up in the foetal position when I think of THAT game last year. God I hope nothing like that ever happens again.

Sure looks like a mismatch with so many out for us. But our forwards still look better than theirs, and we have teddy, Manu and Sam, we should be paying $6 for a win. Only way we can win this is to have a great kicking game, work the ass of Mitchell and give them the ball in the corners close to their line and force errors with our defence. Have to take them on up the middle. It looks a long shot, but we are still a chance.

I was super impressed with Baker's efforts against the Saints. Thomas is looking good too. Whyte has impressed the rest of the team already, and he has impressed me from the start of the pre- season.
I really expect this Roosters side to give it a white hot crack against the bunnies. If the team does not take the game up to them, I will be disappointed.
