Why was Hau Tapuha not 18th player at least - if a Chooks forward is out of the game due to foul play and the offender binned then Walker comes into the 17.

If Walker is injured or being rested it doesn't make sense for him to be 18th player- I suppose Robbo will explain it in the press conference
