I would play BJ at Centre in his place. I would not think it would cause him to miss a major part of the season, otherwise the tweet would have mentioned 3 weeks out from season start than 3 days before game day. I know he isn't that bright but his may concern seems to be missing the trial. Hopefully he will not miss too many games as a result.

I agree with elo just the thought of justin carney pairing up with tau in the centers makes me shudder as well,yeah mabye BJ would be the best option, tuivasa sheck might get a trial run.not a good start to the season for the chooks.Please let this be a minor injury for skds sake as well as the teams.Sounds serious if hes in hospital.Get well soon shawn we need you mate.

For those of you who think it is fake as there is nothing in any of the media outlets, SKD was tweeting with Toddy this morning. He got the injury at training and said he only hopes to be out for a short while. So I assume it isn't that bad. We have Moga, BJ, Henry, Carney and Maubs who can cover at centre during his absence.

If severe then Tagive would definately be in the team round 1 you would think. Yeah the 3 days out from game day part makes it sound minor..

At least the boys are ripping in at training. No point speculating on recovery until we know the severity. Less than 1cm and it won't take anywhere near the couple of months being mentioned.
