Cheers RWB and thanks to everyone for the wellcome messages! On the subject of the false fullback, I would like to tell a story.

It was 2017, and it was Roosters vs Titans, It was a great game, ended perfectly by Manu and Mitchell. Anyways my family were cheering Latrell since at the time, we loved him and the family next to us was asking questions about our Latrell fandom. Turns out we sat next to his family and from what I remember, they were very nice people, got Latrell to take a photo with me afterwards and it was all great. From there, he was my favorite player and I put him as my favourite player to the point my mates associated me with him. I thought he was going to stay forever and become a legend, but unfortunately that wasn't the case.

As the Latrell saga waged on, my respect for him lessened and my respect gravitated to those such as Tedesco, Manu, Keary and Cronk. Sure he scored the try to settle the 2019 GF, sure he had amazing games but the more I saw it was down to the experience of Cronk, the creativity of Keary, the brilliance of Manu, TKO, JWH and the rest of the squad.

Latrell will go down as one of the biggest what if's in the NRL and to see him join souffs made me not care anymore. As someone who's a few yrs younger, I expected him to be mature enough to understand social distancing but I guess not. The biggest joke is that the 2 games that he played at FB at souffs which brought plenty of laughter. That Latrell I once knew has now became the villain.

I think he'd come across as more pessmistic if he'd spent his youth listening to grandpa bondi_boy regaling him with tales of hopelessness and misery.

Hopelessness and misery can easily await anyone and/or their loved ones (besides sickness they cannot help getting) who makes mistakes/wrong choices in life. Or become victims of things that our govt allows or does.

this punishment regarding those players just proved to me that nothing will change the inconsistency issues will remain i cant see why valandy didnt step in and said not enough revise punishment im very fustrated has any in the media confronted nrl to express everyone's disapointment and fustrstion over the punishment if this is whats to come valandy for me is already looking like a joke

Social distancing imo is important, as you want to obviously stop the spread of the virus but at the same time keep the elderly safe as they are the most in danger to the virus. I always keep to the rules of social distancing because I know I wouldn't want the virus nor does anyone else. Being cautious is key during these times and being a year 12 student, it's about persevering and keeping a strict adherents to social distancing.

Seeing people like Latrell the trator, addo carr and Cleary break such rules is not right whatsoever and they deserve more than just a soft fine and is further damaging the already negative opinions on footballers in general as role models.

Some of my assignments have been changed to hand in tasks while the HSC is confirmed to go ahead as normal. I've been doing classes at home where we get work assigned to us. They are trying to get us back to face to face learning in a few weeks.

My thoughts too. I didn't think they allowed cameras and photos during culturally sensitive gatherings.

60,000 years maybe more on the land, understand the significance of the land in the indigenous folks lives and the hunting and bonding and everything that goes along with it, great stuff in other times but not right now, especially when the NRL wants to restart the season.

But I too thought a lot of that stuff was sacred for cameras to take,but hey, Fat dude Latrell and his NRL mates are young footy players, isn't life these days to them about what you post to instagram and not the experience anymore. Maybe that is what the cultural experience he and the Sloshed Fox dude were referring to, the cultural experience of Instagramming.

Every generation when young does silly and dicky things man, my generation was as bad maybe worse but luckily we didn't have social media or mobile phones which recorded every dumb moment of our life back then.

Even though, I dont get tik tok, its a few levels below dumb, I think it should only be used for kids below 7 because it makes people on it appear that age lol.

-- All four players should be banned for at least a large part of the season. I would be okay if it was the whole season, to be quite honest. These fools need to learn the hard way. Someone eventually needs to be made an example of, for goodness sake. When will things ever change? I bloody well hope that the return of the game is not put in any serious jeopardy because of this.
