Further proof we're better off without Latrine.

Both he and JAC will probably get suspended so he won't even play against us; which he's probably happy with tbh.

If true, not much I could say about their actions without risking being called racist....done, possibly sued for "racism".
      The way it is today.
Best I leave criticism to journalists with lawyers and deep pockets, and the NRL.

Teflon is a word I heard once.

If true, it's actions like this that could derail the whole NRL season.
All it will take is one player to stuff up.

A bubble was in reality the only guaranteed way the season was going to be able to resume.

Thought all the players were supposed to be social distancing if not in self isolation.
But then players were out working at jobs to earn income.

Maybe the rules for players haven't started yet.

        *****

Backpackers at Bondi were the object of much displeasure when they were seen gathered together in breach of social distancing rules.
The cops went it, eventually the place was closed, from memory.

10 backpackers from Sth America attended that bar party at Bondi...early on in the pandemic.
One young woman, who seemed not to be a smart ass, said "we were unconscious to it" (didn't understand the risk).
NRL superstars can hardly claim they were "unconscious" to social distancing rules applying now.

          1. It was a gathering of 2 or less
          2. They were exercising
          3. They were out bush

The rules aren't there to stop 2 guys camping together in the middle of nowhere. Guessing the NRL's well aware and has endorsed this kinda thing.

There were 12 of them camping in the pic posted to social media.

Silly to do it, even stupider to post pics of it.

If this compromises a restart for the comp, this pairs names will be mud with the other players wanting to get back to work.

            Vlandys will be ropeable.

11 people in the photo on the front page of the DT today, plus someone took the photo.
JAC could have a problem if Latrell's farm is not his usual residence.
All the others might reside permanently at the farm...or not.

If true, the cops should be investigating, like they investigated the politician. Who was living in a residence he owned, and only had one friend visiting.
Think his trouble was that he had commuted to Sydney a couple of times. His main residence was in Sydney.
He was fined $1000 and is no longer a govt Minister.

The cops fined that couple in Maitland for being out of their house, and they were a couple who lived together and were sitting in a sealed car in a street.
              $2000 they had to play.

Raaay just said on the radio that, para

"of equal concern to Clubs Souths and Melb should be photos/vision of the two players riding trail bikes at high speed, with no helmets"

There are still many problems for the NRL to overcome before the season recommended.
Think V'landys will not be happy with the camping trip drama.

Also though are the problems regarding the warriors...social distancing.
. Atm our borders are closed. They will have to be reopened for the Warriors to come over ...or an exemption granted.
Warriors seem to think they won't be here for months, but only weeks.... and then will be able to come and go for games.
I can't see how our borders will be open by May 28...thousands of people pouring into our airports every day from everywhere on earth (incl via NZ)...no isolation in hotels for 14 days.

And, will Warriors be able to bring their families with them...If they have to stay here for months, and who pays?

I can see this season going pear shaped. Say a team is out of contention, how seriously will those players take the social distancing apart from the fear of punishment? Will be hard to prove how a player got infected if that was the case.
Season will be done there and then... although I’d love to see the risk management plan if someone does get infected?

JAC trying to justify strict restrictions and all the work done by the NRL to get this competition up and running by hiding behind his culture like it’s a get out jail free card. Have these idiots not been paying attention or are they just completely ignorant his partner being pregnant he saw nothing wrong with that? My word you can never underestimate the predictability of stupidity, cannot put brains in pumpkins.
