With the possibility of no league this year, and many clubs not being able to survive, is this the chance to restructure rugby league?

who would you cut/merge for maybe a 14 league super comp.

central coast sea eagles
north Sydney bears
sydney roosters
southern Sydney(Souths/sharks/dragons)
western Sydney (dogs,tigers,Penrith)
parramatta
melbourne
brisbane
north Brisbane
raiders
north qld
NZ
Pacific crusaders (PNG/Fiji/Tonga/Samoa)

obviously bias based, titans cut, and I still see no need for an Adelaide or Perth team.
