What pisses me off, is the kids of today. They want everything early and don’t want to wait.

Look at a player like Val Holmes. He bailed late in the season leaving the Sharks in the lurch. Gallen said they could’ve re-signed a few of their core players but had to let them go as Holmes chewed up so much cash. Then when he left, they made a panic buy in Shaun Johnson.

Thank Nick that it didn’t happen to us. He made the call and extended our two props, who no-less just happened to be both shortlisted for the Golden Boot.

Chooks have handled this very poorly - he Latrell is entitled to field offers from 1/11/2019 and apparently that is what he told Robbo who seemingly had no problem with it - all that had be done then was okay test the market but we need a response by xx/xx/2019 and not withdraw the offer - Chooks threw their toys out of the cot.- very poor

We should be grateful that we have chookpenners who know exactly what went down between Robbo and Trell and how the Roosters should conduct their business and that the King isn't one to just believe anything that he reads from News and Fox journos and social media.
