Sick of the Latrell talk

This must be the worst off season yet.
We just won two comps in a row, and this clown has divided our supporter base quicker than Mundine hits the deck.

Just remember that when we signed Mitchell as a young teen-ager , he'd been rejected by at least two other nrl clubs. We looked after him real good.
If he didn't think 800k was a decent offer , I think it tells us all something.

He even had the audacity to bring the race card into it during the stupid interveiw.
Poor kid has had a lot of bad advice.

All said and done this crap shouldn't be happening yet..........................he's still signed for next year.

In short, I hope he fullfills his contract, and waits to see what he's offered in the next.
I want him playing for us for his career.

But no bastard is bigger than the Roosters...........

Man I wish he would just leave seriously the lengths multiple clubs (none more so then Easts) went to secure his signature only to have them play musical chairs waiting around for him, I realise a lot of of what we read is gutter journalism, however I’m just about convinced the kid is a drama queen and has a massive chip on his shoulder since that clown Mundine has been hanging around him. Eddie I totally agree with everything you have said bar one thing him hanging around next year will only have a detrimental effect on the team seeing as we all know his heart is not in it money is, now after all this time playing the clown in his own little circus he may be considering a move to Souths for roughly same amount of money? Gee you really paid the faith back to the club that made you and the fans that once adored you.

No thank you enter young Billy Smith this kid can be just as good as Latrell.

I haven’t seen much of him, but what does he have that would make him as good as latrell? I haven’t seen a player with as much natural ability of strength,speed,fend like latrell since Inglis.

not sure what latrell owes us other than finishing his contract, which he seems to have every intention to do if the club lets him, after that, he is entitled to look for an upgrade, no hard feelings from my end, as we have caused the same hurt to other clubs that he is causing some of our fans now, for a very long time now.

Everyone seems to forget that league is a business, and if we didn’t run it like one, we would still have the likes of Pearce and co here, with 2 less premierships to show for loyalty, fans are happy enough when the club shafts players, but not happy when a player shafts the club.
