Is it because Walkers partner has decided not to press charges? Napa's "partner" wont be pressing charges either because he has done nothing illegal!.

Poor old Napa even got off a high tackle charge by the NRL judiciary and Greenberg came out and said they got it wrong. Maybe Greenberg can make the Walker incident right too? He wont, as i keep saying he is way out of his depth......and Dylan Napa is once again a easy target for him

    Great post and so true.

Greg Inglis, Sam Burgess, Dylan Walker, the list goes on.

I've always worried that Todd is not only incompetent but also quite thick. He is a dumb carnt for sure. anyone with half a brain would recognise the inconsistency of his targeting of players' alleged misbehaviour.

Napa is a dumb ass, what worries me is that a current player might be featured in a starring role in any more of these amateur pornos. How friggen stupid can you get im glad they gave napa the flick.I wonder if the club knew something about this and pissed him off somewhere else.Smart move by the chooks in any case.

I’d say you could be very right about that. There aren’t many secrets in NRL circles.

His interview after the grand final was one that won't make the highlight reels, that's for sure. The club seems to be moving on the irresponsible players and Robbo was cutting back his game time. He never lived up to that classic Souths game. We do have some good memories of his big hits. But not too sure whether he'll be so gung-ho in the future. Seemed like he was a judiciary target and could be another reason the club decided not to match offers.

If it is proven that any of the ex players who were involved with the incident leaked it out to the media, not only should the NRL suspend them but our club should really take their premiership ring away from them as well.

Don't let them come back for team reunions or show any recognition of them at all.

I really feel for Napa on this one and yet again it is something I could not care to watch just like the Pearce video as it is a private event and it is not in public. What they do behind closed doors is their business not the media's or the general public.

Taking away their premiership rings goes too far. Whether you like it or not, potentially ex players who leaked the video were part of the premiership winning team. I understand banning them from coming to reunions, but taking away their ring when it comes down to it, doesn’t do anything nor achieve anything in the grand scheme of things
              EASTS TO WIN!

Andrew Webster writing in the Herald this morning that Dylan Napa was advised to accept the Bulldogs offer or he'd be playing in the Bears colors for 2019.

Another reason that Robbo presenting his premiership ring to Collins was a sign of our future commitment. And its probably why Dylan kept his grand final gear on until the next morning on Bondi. Might have known that would be the last time he'd be wearing it. Collins must have been very close to getting the big game nod last year.

                Discipline wins premierships.

If there are 28 videos of our players in circulation I will have a great deal of difficulty supporting those players. They will damage the reputation of the club and the sport in such a fashion it may be hard to come back from. Rugby league is a hotbed of rumours and innuendo, falsehoods and fake news, but the players may succeed where salary cap rumours and enemies have failed and bring down our club. I think this needs to be taken very seriously.

I agree it needs to be taken seriously, and those players never should have put the club and the game in the position it has. But if the vids are from our 2013 GF season then I suspect many of the players involved may no longer be with the Chooks. Yes, there are a few of the current crop who have every right to be nervous and looking over their shoulders, but other clubs will also be dragged into the mess, just like the Dogs are with Napa.

I have no interest in watching any of the videos - I cannot understand why they were taken in the first place, let alone loaded onto an app. Very dumb move by that group of players. And if these videos have got into public space because of a lost/stolen phone, I would not like to be the player whose phone it was - not that they may own up to this now, given the consequences.

We all do dumb stuff when we're young, but most of us try to ensure there is no permanent legacy of it that will bite us 5-10 years down the track.

The League should call an amnesty and punish offenders appropriately from hereon in.
                        Thats exactly what should happen.

Basically the problem is you have grown men that bust their asses training and conditioning their life in many ways. They are then send out to put their bodies into major physical contact situations.
They are under great pressure to perform and they life a lot of their life with a different mindset.
They are taught confidence they are taught agression.

Its a life most of us don't understand and there are philosophies ingrained in many of them as soon as they show some ability (or size).

Now in my employment if I stuff up I can cost my employer (or clients) anywhere from $0 to millions of dollars but the pressure and work doctrine I have are vastly different to a professional RL player.

Now this is not an excuse for the players doing stupid things, but its the reason. Of course there are many players that grow up in good environments where appropriate standards and morals are taught, but when you have players that are told they are great and are able to do what they want from their teens because they are good RL players you are guaranteed to get some that are going to behave to the extreme.

I honestly believe you are not going to stop the idiocy, you can try and reduce it but the culture creating a professional RL player is just going to produce a number of ****wits
I do not believe you can blame the NRL or Greenburg for their behaviou, but you can blame them for the inconsistency in their handling of the situation. You can also blame the media for sensationalising certing issues but not others. An example here is Inglis and Burgess being set up as victims as well as the Bulldog's mad monday issue. That was blown massively out of proportion and no one could see the them without going to ridiculous lengths (climbing scaffolding and telephoto lenses or on the harbour bridge climb and that was not happenign at the time.) My mate was a lawyer representing them.

On the media note, RL seems to be one of the few professional sports where the job of the media and commentary is to drag the sport down consistently
The Internet is a place for posting silly things
Try and be serious and you will look stupid

Glad hes gone but this whole thing is just a vendetta against him in my eyes.It may seem wrong to people what he did but these facts remain....
                            He did nothing illegal
                            They are consenting adults
                            It was a private affair.
The person leaking the vids should be punished but not 1 thing that Dylan did is illegal,so if we go down this path where does it end.
It seems you can send d!ck pics to a female, harrass her etc & get away with it (Bargeass)
You can also speed, get caught drink driving (both illegal ) & life threatening, but receive a glowing reference from the Greenturd.
I hope Napa takes legal action against The Turd & NRL if he gets banned because he has broken no laws.Im waiting for the day someone fights back & sticks it to them because they arent the law & they certainly aren't consistent in proceedings
