I've always wondered how we would go with an attack based dummy half, rather than a tackling machine who overplays his hand so much in attack that he stifles the play.

Can't blame new combo's to be worked on, Tigers and most other teams also have to work on them also.
We just played crap, don't know if it was a poor game plan or players reading to many newspapers saying we have won the comp and believing they just had to turn up for the 2 points.
Back home next week against the dogs, need a real quick attitude change which I think will happen.

Back to the drawing board one has to say - that was no way to start the season - all should have known if will be a tough one first up - Roosters lacked the desire of the Tigers - The easy draw has become not so easy after all - The next 5 games for instance are - Bulldogs/Warriors/Knights/Sharks/Rabbitohs - none of those will be certain wins as some on here were predicting as all would have thought today was the banking of two points.

Definition of insanity - doing the same things over and over again, yet expecting a different outcome. The coach and captain have to change things now, or they should be changed.

Gave away 9 penalties and our usual 13 errors. 68% completion rate. We looked like a very poorly coached side. Josh Reynolds was out so we should have come away with an easy win.

We were outplayed by a better coach as in last year’s final. Is our coach braindead?
