Don’t feel sorry for my wife. She’s got it good. I can’t play mind games with her.......I would end up coming second every time.

honestly there are no mind games here.

the bloke is beloved at Bondi....a club that prides itself on success above loyalty.......yet here we are.

at some point you have to sit down and look where he has gone wrong? Being loved by the players doesn’t mean they will give you everything they have got.
prime examples are Guerra, Tupou and Latrell.

players have to want to play for you......but I think they must also fear you a bit.

between that and some one dimensional tactics.....they have been falling over when it counts. We have never recovered since sonny
    barbarian ......arrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrgh!!!!!!!

In comparison to how dumb Hasler is, Tedesco was all but a done deal to the dogs, he and woods were prepared to take a pay cut if Moses was also signed, but Hasler said no.

      Good work des.

I think Robbo does get it... Pearce gone etc.
Hopefully this business of playing badly injured players in finals is over.
In the end its the players wearing the boots... See cowboys semi.
Clean out has transgressed over last few years.... He has to live and work that.
If injuries are kind to Easts we should win the comp.... Only an underdog team with more hunger will do i us.. Penriff, Parra?
You have to do what Melbourne did this year. Expected to win the comp and execute.
This years comp is gonna be harder than last 3 years.

that came from Ray Dib in the paper, I think its a pile of dog crap.I have heard rumours Tedesco wanted to be at the Roosters and Dib is just trying to make himself look good

The most football-less football team in the NRL. And that is on the coach..

If robinson is coach for life as Nick seems to think, I think the supporters are in for a very frustrating time in years to come.

If you call constantly finishing in the top 4 frustrating. You have to be there to take the next step. Plenty of fan bases would love to be in our boots.

Common sence would tell me if latrell is doing damage get him More involved and if robbo keeps falling short in september his job is in danger. Football is not a complicated game
This table is misleading because it doesn’t also show the ground conceded by these forwards through penalties. JWH failed an intercept which gave 2 sets of six to the tigers. Take those yards away from the yards he made and also he gave away a penalty or two I think. Subtract the yards he gave away to the tigers through I’ll discipline from his yards gained and he’’ll be deeply in the red.

Uncle Nicks opinion of Robbo will change very quickly if the team keeps dishing up performances like todays I suggest - Uncle Nick wanted to replace Mark Murray at the end of 1993 for instance - The Coach he wanted was still under contract- eventually he got him in late season 1994 - Phil 'Gus' Gould - Don't be surprised if Bellyache isn't mentioned in despatches as a possibility if a change is needed.

Those fans bases haven't had the sides Roosters fans have had for starters though - Finishing top 4 is a job not yet completed in the view of Uncle Nick and his board.

Doesn't make a good comparison at all.
the only reason Nick wanted to replace Murray was because players we tried to sign were reluctant to play under him.

I think it is a bit if chicken and egg mate, our squad looks good on paper because we perform every year. See what I am saying?

The last few years we have had our donkeys, Guerra, SKD, etc. And our setbacks, RTS, Puppygate, JWH's knee.

If the squad fell apart and we didn't perform we wouldn't get the accolades we do. It's late and I'm making a wierd argument I know. Make no mistake, the Roosters organisation is top quality front to back.

Including the coaching staffs ability to deal with setbacks and donkeys.
