But Teo is still young so could offer a few good years to us.

It's all part of the look, to prove they never planned for Cronk to replace him. If the club stood in his way and demanded he could only go if it got a good exchange deal, it would have ruined all the hard PR work done to date. The club would come across as very mean and ruthless..

Fair enough. But if they were interested, because of those salary cap issues they would need to release a player or two to get the dollars to be able to afford Pearce.

I've read they will struggle to match the money the Sharks or Newcastle could offer.

I said pearce was gone weeks ago and i still reckon he will go to the knights at a million a year we will see. the coach needs to bring napa into the office and tell him that he needs to lift his work rate or hes gone as well. we need a prop or two we are ok for centers the 2 kids will be ok they have both learned a lot and will be lethal in attack next year running off tedesco and cronk imo.

Centres generally don’t run off fullbacks.

Crighton is a gun player, the club would be mad to not buy him. And maybe a big body, maybe someone like Vaughn.

Reports surfacing about player dissent at the Roosters and wanting to meet the board about the clubs direction in player signing and retention - this release of Pearce is having major ramifications as expected- This could real derail the season- but the anti Pearce contingent don't see this as being any effect on the upcoming season- it will for sure and certain- morale is rock bottom and Uncle Nick needs to be hands on to fix it as he has caused it along with Robbo

Any top grade fullback who chimes into the backline will have a look at putting his center on the outside of his opposing center this creates the overlap for the wingers Clive churchill was great at it so were most of the really good fullbacks in the modern era.

The players better suck it up. We just signed the Aus 7 not some hack.
Big test for Trent and his strength of leadership now. Cos the last we saw him coach, to me, an unmotivated team trot out and we had an injured Tupou as a bench forward and a slow second rower at centre. Hardly prelim final moves. Otherwise Cronk might be playing off field coach as well as on field general.
Does that make Cronk an even more astute buy?
                      ..it’ll be interesting to see

Napa didnt have the best season this year & the year before Guerra didnt have the best season but played good footy again this season & Im predicting Napa will have a better season next year.
Paulo is an overweight lazy would be bikie. He is not the answer.
Agnatius Pasi who was playing for the Gold Coast would be much better value than Paulo.
Paulo can play big minutes for a huge bloke and he dents the line with his carries.

So yes I rate him higher than Napa who wouldn't have dented a marshmellow in 2017.

So the inmates are trying to run the asylum again..They are supposed to be PROFESSIONALS if this is true they sound like cry baby amatuers...They are paid to play not coach the team or run the club we already have people doing those jobs...If they don't like it let them walk it's not as if other clubs will have the cash to sign them up.

I'm a big Paasi fan. Got some shoulder issues tho.

Reports surfacing? Give it a rest Salvo. You have no inside info at all. You just read papers. Crikey, you sound like Danny Weidler.

Enjoy Manly, Mitch. At least there, you'll not be owner of the biggest ego. That prize will always belong to the swan necked goose.
