My thoughts exactly..
The shot seems to be judged more on the injured player than the hit itself!
As you said hearing how bad the tackle was from everyone else makes you doubt your initial judgment haha

None of these media talking heads will say what they really think. It's all about the sheep mentality, toeing the line, getting paid, being ultra conservative . I believe we're going for a careless high tackle, but what grade? Grade 1 is a fine; grade 2 is 1 match; grade 3 is two matches.

I think the tackle was just perfectly brutal, and think it would have been great to see one of them every couple of matches throughout the season. It certainly would put fear in opposing packs. They should make Napalm watch the hit over and over again to remind him how it is done.

Hope Tets gets off, and of course hope the Titans olayer is OK.

Good tackle for mine. If they are calling the tackle on JWH against the Tigers a few years ago the hit of the year, this one is exactly the same. No penalty back then and should have been the same for this one. Again, Cummings and co.. would never allow it. If you look closely, Cummings gets a little mongrel in his pants when he put him on report.
