There is an entire U20s comp filled to the gills with "very good prospects". Less than 10% of them ever even wind up playing more than a dozen games of first grade because for all the promise and genius they show in their childrens comp they simply cannot step up to the real game.

Until a player has at least a season of first grade under their belt (oftentimes more) you simply cannot know who will be good and who wont be
