Agree JT. I find it astounding that there isn't a club in the NRL or Superleague that does't want him. Normally a half with a skerrick of talent has money thrown at him and clubs lining up for his signature. Espec if he has youth on his side.

There is definitely more to his inability to find a new club than meets the eye, and whatever it is could end Hastings Jnr's career before it's really begun. Strange indeed.
Supporting the RW&B, through good times and bad times.

I feel for him for sure.
Sounds like he must have "named names"...

Lol what does that mean? He is mad? What's he like? Anytime I've heard him speak he sounds normal. Doesn't sound arrogant at all. Keen to know what he's like when the cameras off.

I think he was been dealt with harshly.
I think he played the early part of the season injured.
I don't believe any of the rubbish that people say about him , the coach should have any of that crap under control , they are professionals.

I hope he gets another shot at and does well.

I don't know him from a bar of soap, but judging by his Insta acct, he seems perfectly nice, although quite the loner.

70% pics of him and his effete dog
20% pics of his family - mainly his sisters
              10% pics of Connor MacGregor

Make of that what you will.
Making Steve Naughton look like Vince Mellars...

Apparently he is loopy & that came straight out of Nicks mouth one day when I spoke to him in DJ's after the 40 nil loss to the Storm in rd 14 this year.

Unrelated but I met Michael Clarke in the mall the other day (was selling his book). Nobody was interested in him (aside from a few passionate Indian dudes) and he came across as being a bit of a tool. Shoulda told him his tats are $hyt3.

Culture could totally be like Australian cricket right now though which could be toxic for youngsters. Joey's your Warnie... unquestionable immortal who is a tool of a character. Friendie's the Clarke who will run you out then axe you for not scoring runs. Youngsters take the blame for a lack of form while Pearce is away (having shagged a dog). Too many untouchables can get boring if you're trying really hard but are seen as being an outsider who is a bit different...

Theres no reason why given time Hastings couldnt be a good NRL player

Another situation where patience is needed

Like many other times I expect the club to punt him only fir him to become a solid NRL player in a few years time

Friend is a man. You can hardly compare him to a metro sexual with toothpick arms .

Talking to a mate last years who's son plays 20's for Dragons. He said when the Roosters played the Dragons late in the year, Hastings spent the whole game blasting his team mates, the Dragons players and the fans who were bagging him. It was around about this time that Widdop gave the Dragons his 'don't sign him or I walk' ultimatum
