Looks like no one wants him.....still.....
This from Matt Logue from the Telegraph:
"JACKSON Hastings faces a fight to secure his long-term future in the NRL with Melbourne the latest club uninterested in the out-of-favour Sydney Roosters halfback.
Hastings, son of Roosters legend Kevin ‘Horrie’ Hastings, is on the outer at Bondi following the emergence of young halves Connor Watson and Ryan Matterson.
The off-season recruitment of premiership-winning South Sydney five-eighth Luke Keary has placed him further down the pecking order.
Hastings, who has one year left on his contract at the Roosters, still harbours a desire to play first-grade football.
However, this is looking highly unlikely given the players already ahead of the young playmaker.
It’s understood the Roosters don’t want to hold Hastings back and are willing to release him if a rival club shows interest.
At this stage the 20-year-old remains friendless in the NRL, with Melbourne Storm joining the likes of St George Illawarra to put a cross through his name.
Hastings has been linked to English Super League club Warrington, but it’s understood he wants to remain in the NRL."
Just an observation: you know you have problems if St George don't want you.....
