The day Hastings had a five man overlap and didn't pass, went himself and didn't score was the day he lost me. The guy is pass happy, but when it was time to pass, hogged the ball and blew it. Seems like one of those players that passes when he should run and visa versa.

Robbo loves Pearce and will stick by him no matter what happens.
He has proven that after every indiscretion Pearce has caused!
No wonder the kind continually stuffs up,he knows well and good he will always gets away with it!
So I am afraid their is no debate between Pearce or Hastings, the Coach has already made his decision..

I remember writing, dear lady, that if the players are deciding who can stay and who can go then they should be the ones to go. Like Fletcher and Fittler conspiring to get rid of Graham Murray back in 2001.
In any workplace that requires teamwork, it's not hard to work out anyone that's a misfit (for whatever reason) and usually it's the misfit that's best of going, to find another place of employment that has suits his personality better.
Supporting the RW&B, through good times and bad times.

Seriously though, I rate Robbo! However, Hastings may need a different style of coach to help him develop. Someone like Bennett or Bellamy.
