I would be looking at throwing Dallas Hood a few hundred thousand based on incentives.
If he has already been snapped up by that powerhouse in recruitment Newcastle I would seriously consider giving Joel Monaghan a call.
He and Mitch could form a lethal combination in attack. Playing the dogs could cause some issues....none the less....I would throw him a lucrative bone.

As nice as it would be to sign him there no way anyone will be able to pry him away from nz. He is their highest profile league player and a media darling and celebrity.They would match any contract offer and outgun us with 3rd party. Then there's nzs very favourable tax situation as well.

Was reading the other day how much pressure he is under in NZ. Whenever Warriors lose, he cops it. Who knows.....he might decide he wants to play somewhere where he won't cop the brunt of it for a change

Solomona is being targeted by rugby. I guess alot will determine what happens with slater. He'd be on a big chunk of their cap and has been injury prone last few seasons. Hard to keep Smith, cronk, slater, Bromwich on the books with rising stars like Solomona and Munster coming through. You'd think either slater retires or cronk leaves in order for them to keep their youth.

The current situation at the club leaves us very exposed to having more freeloaders join the club for just the money and not for the club. I don't particularly want to see any overseas signings like Casty Henderson or Burgess nor see some part timer play sub hooker at the start of the 2017 season such is the pattern our coach has created.
