I like Jennings, but like your super hot, nymphomaniac ex-girlfriend... if her heart isn't in it then you're better off letting go and moving on to somebody who's younger than her and keen to please you.

Oi and who has been messing with Wikipedia? GTFO!!!

Post on the 14th... he signed a 2 year deal on the 16th? Hmmmmmm. Time for me to reverse this graffiti. Effing Wikipedia vandals!! A boot load of volunteer work goes into keeping Wikipedia accurate... kids need to GTFO and realise it's not funny to deface it with false rubbish. Stoopid kid's probably sitting around laughing at his own lame joke. Laaame!

Looking like Jennings money is earmarked towards the Hayne, SBW war chest

SKD's outcome looks pivotal to everyone.

        True.

I'm hoping SKD is innocent and will therefore have nothing to worry about.

Should that not be the case, we have Elliot, Omar or Mitchell in backup.

The question is, if we lose skd and Jennings (I'm not convinced either will be going this season) do we put fergo back in the centres and play Mitchell at fb? I wouldn't be running with a centre pairing of copely and aubo for a year.

I can't see Copley and SKD striking fear into oppositon teams. We must keep Jennings at all cost. Losing Maloney, RTS and jennings in one year is suicide. If our cap isn't the issue and Hayne and SBW are more than likely a chance for next season then keep jennings and sign Copley.

              From Jennings/Ferguson to Copley/SKD.

As each day passes, it's looking more likely that this season is going to be a rebuilding phase for the Club and building for a major challenge for the title in 2017.
If this is the case, then I would take the punt and blood a couple of rookies in the side to give them experience - Mitchell and Manu.
We have nothing to lose and will reap the benefits the following year.
This year could be a case of one step backwards for 3 steps forwards!

We had a real chance due to very astute buying and a lot of luck to have three premierships in a row.

Now we get decimated by the salary cap.

I don't accept this rebuilding BS. I want a premiership this year. We have the best forwards in the comp.

And don't forget young Taylor speed freak, strong who can play anywhere in the backline and is also a very good fullback, I have watch a lot of his games and hope he gets a crack this season as other clubs will be circling. I believed he had played a game for NSW Cup 2 seasons ago for Manly at 18 and scored the winning try. He and Nikorima are 2 players to watch out for both very talented who can play numerous positions Competently. I am hearing that Uncle Nick wants to focus on youth. But we also don't need all the disruptions as that is not good for a winning morale

No need to panic. Nick and Pete have things under control

He should be here as nothing has been confirmed and he is still under contract until then

Agreed... 5 year plans turn into 10 year plans that turn into no plan at all and/or total chaos.

IMO you've gotta play to win every season. Rebuilding is just a lame excuse for not having a competitive team. Parra, Canberra, Sharks, Titans...etc are always 'rebuilding'... good luck to them.

A poor season means we lose players, nobody wants to replace them, coach gets sacked, culture we've built goes out the door...etc. Quite simply, we can't afford to have a rubbish year.
