I agree but I don't think the club has paid any difference. I think the allegation is that players may have purchased undervalue. All you need is a valuation as at the time they purchased it.

it is not rocket science , jump on Real estate .com to price check, the values stated come in close to what the going rate is up there for property.
$400K will get you a comfortable 4 beder 2 car garage anywhere up there - definitely not Sydney market prices.
