Whilst I wish Soward well I'm totally in agreement with you.

Carney is a special talent & an absolute joy to watch. He'll be better for having this comeback year under his belt next year.

Finch was so, so much worse. Even Mason was worse than Koups.

Koups is awfully average as a footballer. He makes errors, gives away penalties, and offers little to the side. But to compare him to someone like Finch, who did all of the above and was a complete wanker, is absurd.

He's not as bad as he's made out to be.

Not sure if you guys realise but Koups only gave away 5 penalties all season (23 games) according to the official game stats, don't judge him as ill-disciplined after giving away one bad penalty against the cowboys in the final round. I personally will be watching for him to shine at an International level with the mighty Greek Rugby League team.

A little shattered.

They were a bit better after the coach spoke to them.

The ones I spoke to agreed that it was a good year and they should not be too upset with the GF loss. They are all looking forward to next year already - just like us.

By the time they got to the club the mood had really improved. The reception at the club was amazing and the players I spoke to in the function were quite moved by it.

Whoever plays on the left wing will be the whipping boy. Mini copped it at the start of the year, Graham copped it in the middle and BJ at the end even though none of them were wingers and all did their best.

I have no doubt that if we didn't buy the prick we would of won three straight. The Fittler and Wing combo was brilliant.
