I knew we were up against it when I heard about the rain, but the refs really didn't help us.

Bennett had plenty of gall saying all the calls went our way in the first half.

Thank you Samwise for reminding me of that bad call as well...replays clearly showed Mini unable to catch the ball as he had been tackled and could not raise his hands to try and even bloody catch it...the ref was right there as well...

There were too many to remember straight away when I started this thread but as others have highlited the ones I missed there are just too many bad calls to sit there and take it on the chin and say the better team won...

I don't know how I forgot that one cause I put my knee into the door at the pub and the glass has a nice big spider pattern on it now......I've got to wear the cost of replacing it...

There were tons of calls against us - some of which cost us q premiership. Nothing anyone can say will change my mind.

I have never seen a GF with so many crucial calls going only one way.

We have copped it all year. We get one lucky scrum call when we should have got a penalty and dicks like beetroot face says we have been lucky all year with that only example. The Dragons have been the referees darlings for years. The NRL finally got what they have been after since the St Merge got together. It was part of the original deal. The Dragons winning a comp was always going to happen while Finch was head of the refs. Now that Finch and Bennett have achieved the NRLs agenda they will both move on. Hopefully we can now get back to a bit of normality with refs on the field and in the video box. Bring on 2011.

I can't live with Perret being blatantly pushed in the back and not receiving the penalty. FFS, I saw it 50m away, how could the officials not?

The other penalty for tackling Boyd in the air was a disgrace as well. Hornby changed line and obstructed Perret sending him flying into Boyd.
Disgraceful decisions.

These are simple, run of play decisions that should be right 97% of the time. Especially since they cracked down on blockers this season.

The point that the obstruction should of being called ad it happened first and the tackle in the air was a by-product of it.

At the end of the day the ref is always going to influence the score in some way, it happens every single week to every team, but a lot of people on here always seem to take it like there is a big orchestrated conspiracy against us.

and it has nothing to do with finch mate, as much as i agree the refs made some poor calls, finch wasn't out there making the calls under pressure, the blame needs to be directed at the two ****ing idiots out on the field.

There was no excuse for that decision. Everyone saw that as a knock on except Hollywood.

That try takes the game beyond our reach and we fell apart at that point.
