They're not very good at communicating what's happening with your packs. I bought mine October 26 and they took the money immediately. I heard nothing for nearly 2 months and it turned up the Monday before Xmas. They really need to have an automated email set up to let you know roughly when you can expect your pack to arrive - or at the very least, have a little comment on the website when you go to buy it, saying it'll take xx days to arrive etc. There was nothing on the website back in October that said my pack wouldn't arrive till nearly Xmas.Comment
